Following Fulcrum’s successful execution of the negotiations for the
contract for construction on the Canyon Ranch Hotel & Spa Project, Fulcrum’s
Services were again called upon. Fulcrum was secured to conduct full Pre-Construction,
Bidding / Negotiation, and Construction Phase management of the Canyon Ranch
North Tower Project
This $120MM hard cost mixed-use waterfront project includes the construction of staggered height twin towers rising 30 and 35 stories respectively over a common amenities deck. The design partnership between Arquitectonica and Rockwell Group includes commercial retail storefront space along the full length of Collins Avenue and amenity areas reflective of the Miami market’s highest standards for luxury.
The 840,000SF project includes a 960 space parking garage structure, retail spaces, conference rooms, fitness centers, and amenity decks.
Construction is scheduled for completion in January, 2008.
