The Vue – Charlottte

Following Fulcrum’s success at The Vue condominium tower in Orlando, its Services were secured in May, 2006 to bring the ‘Vue’ up the east coast to Charlotte, North Carolina. This project would build on the synergy of the Orlando development team to produce an even more formidable project. This new project will include the construction of a 51 story, 410 unit condo tower in downtown Charlotte.

Fulcrum’s services as Developer Manager for this 1.1MM SF luxury condominium tower in downtown Charlotte are presently setting the standard for luxury high-rise living.

The $150MM hard cost project will retain much of the architectural signature for luxury established in the Vue Orlando project, with additional amenity enhancements to meet the market’s demands. The design reflects conference room, business center, swimming pool/sun deck, tennis court, café, and health club facilities.

Fulcrum will again aggressively manage the Design, Purchasing, Construction Buy-Out, Value Engineering, and Contractor Bid / Negotiating services as was its signature for the Orlando project.

Construction is scheduled to commence in May, 2007.
